Vibrational Sound Therapy utilizes sound waves to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and improve focus and clarity. ?
Infrared Sauna therapy helps to detoxify the body, boost immunity, and improve circulation. ??
Combining these two modalities amplifies their individual benefits, allowing for a deeper sense of calm and rejuvenation. ✨
Both practices play a key role in regulating the nervous system, promoting a state of calm and reducing anxiety. ?
After the sound bath, enjoy refreshments, relaxing tea blends, and snacks to continue the self-care experience. ??
This is going to be a monthly event on the last Friday of the month! ?
Sauna is optional. $35 per person if using the sauna, and $25 no sauna.
Please bring what you need to lay on the ground for approx. 60 minutes. I recommend a yoga mat, blanket, and pillows to support the neck, and knees.
