COME AND RELIEVE SOME STRESS FROM YOUR BODY AND MIND?
Everything in the Universe exists as a vibration. We are an expression of those vibrations and our bodies reflect the state of the vibrations we are surrounded by. When we allow ourselves to be washed over by the healing frequencies of singing bowls and gongs, amazing things can happen. Those sounds can energize us, they can calm us. They can move stagnant energies or help slow hyper energies. The array of vibrations have a way of resetting our energy back to its Divine state.
Sound meditations have been shown to reduce stress levels and boost our immune response. They helps to facilitate a shift in our brainwave state from one of a beta state to one of alpha or theta. Come and allow yourself to be washed over with the vibrations of healing gongs and singing bowls. It is a powerful experience where the flow of energy can be brought back into balance within our bodies.
In this session you will relax and be immersed in the sounds of a variety of singing bowls and gongs for an hour. There will be some sharing before and after the session.
Please feel free to bring your own mat and blanket too create your nest.
