In this gathering, you are invited to simply lie down… and receive.
The singing bowls and gongs become a river of sound — waves of tone that move through the body like wind through tall grass. Some frequencies awaken and energize. Others soften and soothe. Some gently loosen what has been held too tightly. Others slow the mind so the spirit can breathe.
There is nothing you need to do. No performance. No effort.
As the vibrations wash over you, stagnant energies may begin to move. The nervous system can settle. The thinking mind may quiet as your awareness drifts into spacious, dreamlike states.
