Have you always wanted to try your hands at playing sound healing instruments, or go deeper with the practice you already have?

Here’s a great opportunity to immerse yourself in the rich frequencies and vibrations of an exciting collection of sound healing instruments and learn to create soundscapes of rejuvenation and inner harmony.

Join Blue Muse Sound Healing & Eric Olson for a fun, hands-on 2-day, 10-hour workshop, from 1:00–6:00 PM each day.

You'll have the opportunity to explore and play:

• Crystal singing bowls
• Gongs
• Handpans
• RAV drums
• Flutes
• Chimes
• Native drums
• Ocean drums
• Rain sticks
• And more!

Learn foundational gong playing strokes, listening exercises, musical games, and the foundations of creating your own sound bath meditation.

We'll explore how to:

• Create flowing and immersive soundscapes
• Pair instruments powerfully in the same key
• Use specific musical intervals to create harmonious combinations
• Develop deeper listening and awareness
• Work with rhythm, resonance and vibration
• Create an environment that supports relaxation and meditation

Discover the profound effects of sound on your mind and body as you explore techniques that can support stress reduction, relaxation, and deeper states of meditation.

No prior experience is needed—just an open heart and a willingness to explore the transformative power of sound.

All instruments are provided.

Feel free to bring your own gong if you'd like to work with it during the training.

This is a playful, experiential workshop where you'll have plenty of time to play, listen, experiment, give and receive sound, and discover how different instruments can work together.
