Vibez Emotion presents Curol in Dublin.

A DJ, producer and one of the most distinctive Brazilian names in Afro House today, Curol has been building a sound that carries percussion, ancestry and club culture without losing elegance on the way.

Her music has travelled through Tomorrowland, Ushuaïa Ibiza, Rock in Rio, Lollapalooza, DGTL, Universo Paralello and Zamna, with releases and remixes moving across labels such as All Day I Dream, Spinnin’ Deep, Armada, Watergate, HE.SHE.THEY. and Nature Recordings, her own label.

The support also says a lot. Black Coffee, Keinemusik, Monolink, Hernán Cattáneo, Benny Benassi and Sofi Tukker are among the names connected to her rise, either through support, lineups or the global circuit she now occupies.

But the reason this night matters is not only the CV.

It is the way her sound behaves in a room. Percussion first, melody with intention, groove with weight, no unnecessary noise. A dancefloor that slowly gets darker, warmer and closer.
