Artologe Studio endeavors to provide a COVID free entertainment space for your safety and protection. If you are experiencing cold or flu like symptoms or have recently tested positive for COVID-19, we ask that you do not attend Artologe Studio events. Masks and gloves may be provided during events according to local guidelines. Please do not share food or beverage with others. (Save for family/friends who attend events as part of your group) We reserve the right to restrict entrance to those who do not comply with all Artologe Terms of Use. https://artologe.com
Artologe Studio event tickets are digital and will not be mailed. Please be prepared to present email confirmation if requested at event. Artologe Studio public, private and special event tickets are non-refundable and have no cash value.
Artologe Studio event dates, start/ end times, entertainment, amenities, and food menu are subject to change without notice and events may be postponed or cancelled based upon inadequate attendance or other appropriate factors. If an Artologe Studio event is cancelled/ postponed, refunds will not be offered if a suitable replacement event date is available within a 90-day timeframe. (Unless otherwise stated by Artologe Studio management.) It is the sole responsibility of each customer to notify Artologe Studio (with as much advance notice as humanly possible) of schedule conflicts, illness or other suitable factors that may prohibit them from attending the event. If a customer needs to reschedule, a ticket credit may be extended (with proper notification and explanation) which will be redeemable for a future event date. All ticket credit requests must be completed through the Artologe Studio Special Request Form
