Set within our new space in the One Love Sanctuary at Maraki Community & Events, we gather in rhythm and resonance for a 100-minute journey designed to awaken the senses, ground the body, and uplift the spirit.

🌬 The Flow — Sunday August 2nd 6pm to 8pm
⏰ 4:30 p.m. — Doors Open
Arrive into soft sound and the grounding scents. Nourish, breathe, and land.
☕ “4 Tha Luv” herbal cacao potion will be available at pay-what-you-can pricing, offering a heart-opening sip to ease you into the evening.
You’ll be welcomed with natural and grounding botanical sprays to guide and settle you to your mat or nest — preparing to enter an evening of connection and flow.
Welcome & Opening
Sharing of intentions for the space, logistics and boundaries, collective breath, prayer, and song synergize the collective energy and prepare us for a field that presence opens.
🌾 What to Bring
Yoga mat or cozy blanket
Water bottle
Journal + pen
Comfortable layers for movement and rest
Optional: small pillow or eye mask
Children Welcome
Little ones are welcome to join — free of charge with an accompanying adult. We simply ask that their presence flows gently with the rhythm of the space and that parents stay attuned to the collective energy.
Please arrive early — doors close once the journey begins.
💛 Ticket Options
Our intention is that no one is turned away for financial reasons.
Sliding-Scale Admission — $15 – $40
Pay what feels aligned within this range. Higher contributions directly support scholarship and complementary tickets for those with financial need.
Community Scholarships
A limited number of scholarships are offered each month.
