This 75-minute class is a balance of strength and ease. Students will experience a sequence of postures that flow with breath to promote mindfulness + endurance and powerful holds to improve alignment + strength. All levels are welcome.

Devin is a 200 hour certified yoga teacher who strives to offer accessible, yet powerful practices that promote longevity and inspire her students to lead balanced lifestyles. She completed her teacher training at The Well Studio in Fishtown. She wholeheartedly believes in yoga’s ability to transform your body and mind.

Influenced by her background in human physiology, Devin’s sequences are athletic and invigorating with a focus on functional movement that empower students to explore and be creative in their practice.
