Hosted at Whiner Beer Co. in Back of the Yards, you’ll enjoy an afternoon of facilitated connection prompts designed to foster trust and depth—plus low-ABV brews, kombucha, and adaptogenic seltzers to keep things light and refreshing. It’s sliding scale, so everyone’s invited to join.

Very Human Social is a social wellness club focused on body-centered experienced. We're here to tackle the loneliness epidemic and its negative effects on health. We create unique experiences that encourage meaningful connections, introspection, vulnerability, and intimacy. Through these, we aim to spark personal transformation and build heart-centered relationships. We believe in fully exploring life and feeling deeply to make lasting changes both personally and collectively. We're hopeful for a future that's connected, present, resilient, and, most importantly, human.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. Very Human Social cannot guarantee that you will never get exposed to the virus or get sick from it. By attending a Friend Request event, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

Your entry and presence on the event premises constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with Very Human Social and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising.

By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.

You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter the event premises.
