Atlanta's trash-cinema showdown returns from the dead.
This October, VHS Deathmatch digs up two cult classics from the golden age of 80's horror:
RETURN OF THE LIVING DEAD (1985) VS. NIGHT OF THE CREEPS (1986)
One has punk rockers, toxic gas, and zombies with a serious brain problem.
The other has alien slugs, zombie frat boys, and Tom Atkins with a shotgun.
We're not showing the full movies. Only the trash made the cut. We've chopped both films down to their wildest scenes, the creatures, the practical effects, the ridiculous dialogue, the exploding heads, and everything else worth arguing about.
Between rounds, our hosts and guests break down the carnage, roast what deserves roasting, and make the case for which movie deserves to survive.
Then we hand the decision over to you. When the final vote is in... One movie survives. The other meets its maker.
No algorithms. No critics. No appeals. You pick the winner.
