The Department will hold its annual School of Instruction starting at 2 pm on Friday, August 22nd at VFW Post 1254 in Arkansas City. Saturday's meetings (August 23rd) and training will start at 9 am. The VFW meetings on Saturday will be held at American Legion Post 18, located at 113 E. Washington St, Arkansas City 67005. All of the Auxiliary meetings will be held at VFW Post 1254 to include Sunday morning (August 24th) District President's meeting starting at 8 am. There will be a dance Saturday night DJ'd by our own State Surgeon Allen Owens at Post 1254 (dress is patriotic themed).
