Veterans Wellness EXPO

This expo is a safe opportunity for veterans to discuss their mental health journey and share/learn new skills to help them manage, heal and grow their emotional capabilities. The goal of this program is to promote wellness among the veteran community and teach life skills such as coping and healing emotional traumas.  Event will have healthy foods, wine down time, yoga and movement, art, panel discussion and resources for veterans.
