The DC VA Medical Center's Nutrition and Food Service Program has partnered with the Capital Area Food Bank to offer Veterans fresh and non-perishable food bags on a first come, first served basis. The mobile pantry is held the second Tuesday of each month at the main medical center campus in DC at the Clinical Research Building, Gate 1. Veterans experiencing food insecurity may contact their VA provider or social worker to be connected to immediate community resources.
