Veteran's Day Mobility in the Park (East Cave Park | East Side)

Come join us for a fun and active event at 14341 E Cave Ave to celebrate our veterans! This in person event will take place at the beautiful East Cave Park on the East Side. This will be a great opportunity to improve flexibility, movement, and a solid 60 minutes of nature. I would love to see you there. Be sure to check the weather and dress appropriately.
