Sara Wilkinson, CrossFit, Rogue, and GoRuck present the workout "Chad 1000x" in honor of Navy Seal Chad Wilkinson who died by suicide October 29th, 2018 due to the effects of numerous deployments, several traumatic brain injuries, blast wave injuries, and post traumatic stress. Our goal is to honor Chad's life and legacy and to raise awareness to suicide prevention.Chad 1000x
