In honor of Veterans Day, please join us for a special Cardio Dance party to benefit 4th H.O.O.A.H. WI. Your $10 donation will go to this non-profit organization to support their mission to “eliminate suicide with a proactive approach to the overall wellness of service members, veterans and their support systems through programs and certified professionals.”
Cardio Dance is a choreographed, aerobic dance workout featuring pop, hip hop, and world music. This class is recommended for ages 16 and older.

Be sure to complete the 2025 Titletown Fitness Waiver prior to class if you have not already done so this year.
