About this Event

Please join us on Thursday November 10th at 3:00pm in the Beckerman Rec Center for the University of New Haven's annual Veteran's Day Ceremony. This year proves to be a momentous occasion as we have the distinct honor of welcoming Sergeant Major of the Army Michael A. Grinston and first female Army Ranger Major Kristen Griest as our guest speakers. We will also be holding a Connecticut Wartime Service Medal ceremony in which recipients will receive the Medal from both SMA Grinston, Major Griest and the Director of Projects and Operations at the Connecticut Department of Veterans Affairs Joseph Danao.

Parking is limited so please proceed to the Hoffman Parking Lot across from Bergami Hall on Boston Post Road. A shuttle will bring you to the Beckerman Rec Center.
