Our drop-in sessions offer a solid, no-pressure space in the woods to step away from the noise and reset. Using practical bushcraft and time in nature, we support mental resilience, focus, and reconnecting with yourself and others.
Whether it’s sitting around the fire with a brew, sharing a bit of banter, or getting stuck into bushcraft, woodland tasks, or cooking over fire, it’s about being part of a crew that gets it.
There is no requirement to talk to us however our veteran team has experience in offering mental health support and it's there if you want it.
No expectations. No pressure. Just good people, fresh air, and space to reset on your own terms.
The sessions will be based at Hakeford Woods, which is 10 minutes from Barnstaple near Chelfham Mill. The sessions will be open to all veterans & serving personnel regardless of rank, age or gender.
