VETERAN TOWN HALL

This will be the Veteran event of the year! Not only are we inviting you, the Veteran, but we are sending invitations to local, state and national political and community leaders along with the local media and request that they or their representative be present to answer Veteran patient inquiries regarding the substandard medical care being rendered to Veterans at the Atlanta VA Medical Center and its outlying clinics and subsidies. In anticipation of a large crowd, we will control the environment through written questions and inquiries submitted through this system. In the interest of limited time, a drawing of approximately 25 questions will be presented. A panel of the above-mentioned leaders will be present to answer those questions with definite solutions to this long-time, ongoing problem. Please submit your question of no more that three (3) sentences via a Direct Message (DM) to the "A Veteran's Voice" Facebook page. We will accept no other form of communication. You must be a registered attendee and you must be a patient of the Atlanta VA Medical Center...not an employee.

YOUR QUESTION SHOULD BE SPECIFIC IN NATURE. EVEN THOUGH WE KNOW IT REFLECTS YOUR OWN PERSONAL EXPERIENCE, YOUR QUESTION SHOULD BE IMPACTFUL ENOUGH TO AFFECT THE OVERALL VA PATIENT EXPERIENCE. YOU WILL RECEIVE VERIFICATION OF RECEIPT AND YOUR QUESTION WILL BE ADDED IN PRINTED FORM TO A CONTAINER OF VETERAN TOWN HALL QUESTIONS THAT WILL COMPETE TO BE DRAWN BY A NEUTRAL PARTY AND ASKED OF THE PANEL. UNASKED QUESTIONS WILL BE PRINTED IN THEIR ENTIRETY AND SENT TO THESE SAME POLITICAL & COMMUNITY LEADERS FOR CONTINUED FOLLOW-UP.

No calls, no complaints, no emails, no further communication will be accepted. A specific medium is being created for Veterans to present complaints is being created and will be announced at the Town Hall Event.

NOTE: REGISTRATION TO ATTEND IS REQUIRED! No unregistered attendee will be allowed to enter the venue. If you do not register, you cannot be present. Be advised security will be on site to control anger, outbursts and unruly behavior.
