Veteran Homebuying Workshop 101: Unlock Your Benefits!

My colleagues and I have partnered up with the Kern County Veterans Service Department, and we’d like to personally invite you to an upcoming homebuyer workshop we’re hosting specifically for all Active Duty, National Guard, Reserve, Veterans, and their loved ones.

We are bringing in a local team of real estate and lending professionals to break down VA loan options, homeownership with $0 down, and even investment opportunities in a way that actually makes sense. We see the frustration time and time again where Veterans aren’t aware of the full range of benefits they’ve earned, so we want to bridge that gap and give you a chance to get clarity and resources right from the start.

Our lending partner, Nicole Hale, has prepared a very exciting and informative presentation to simplify the financial side of the process. My co-agent, Jose Luis Pola, is an Army Veteran who has navigated these benefits personally. He’ll be sharing his firsthand experience with the process and offering insight into some of the tips and tricks he used to maximize his own results. We know there’s a level of trust that comes from hearing this information from someone who has actually been through it.
