Molly and Annelise of Glass Hearts Worldwide would like to offer a ritual to filter out the mess and purify your signal for enhanced focus and creativity. Utilizing kundalini kriyas, active breathwork, and guided visual meditation techniques, participants will leave the class with enhanced capacity for tapping into their intuition and confidence for making empowered decisions whether creative, professional, or relational. Remember, the individual’s focus is becoming one of the highest valued assets a person can have. Who is in charge of yours?
About Molly Madden:
Molly Madden is a multi-disciplinary artist of ten years. Her multifaceted nature requires her to express through music, writing, and by acting out stories of all kinds. In 2024 while exploring the sprawling mountains of Los Angeles she retrieved her 200-Hour YTT certificate. Throughout her training she was most taken by the powerful results garnered from a consistent breathwork practice. It was notably the first time she felt space between herself and her thoughts. Her newfound capacity led to overall enhanced regulation and foresight. Now a regular practitioner of kundalini kriyas and active forms of breathwork, she is devoted to leading these exercises for groups so the individuals may more easily find the personal answers required for creating a life characterized by self-sovereignty.
About Annelise Steele:
A descendant of 3 generations of working Chicago musicians, Annelise Steele has been immersed in a world of artistry, unpredictability and sound since birth. Raised by a musician father and a mystic Polish mother, she combines her passion for music and innate intuitive abilities to teach musically focused meditation techniques to other artists. 2020 marked the beginning of a 6 year meditation practice, 3 years of energy work intensives and an apprenticeship with clairvoyant teacher Penélope Gac. Her meditation and clairvoyant practices taught her to navigate the music industry from a grounded, empowered and optimistic perspective.
