The Versed Planning Doll House Experience is a one-of-a-kind planner (crafter, journaler, book reader) community weekend designed to bring creativity, connection, and unforgettable memories together under one roof.
Join fellow planner lovers, sticker enthusiasts, and members of the Versed Planning community for an intimate weekend experience in the heart of Dallas.
From our Friday Night Penthouse Rooftop Welcome Experience overlooking the city skyline to a full Saturday of planner fun, tea party vibes, make-and-takes, shopping, content opportunities, and community-building, this event was created with connection at its core.
The weekend begins Friday evening with our Rooftop Welcome Experience, where attendees can check in, meet fellow dolls, enjoy beautiful Dallas views, order custom Versed Planning drinks, capture memorable photos, participate in fun icebreakers, and officially kick off the weekend together in a lounge style setting.
Saturday is the heart of the Doll House Experience, featuring a full day of activities, creativity, community, exclusive Versed Planning experiences, themed moments, shopping opportunities, and our signature Doll House Tea Party atmosphere in the ballroom of the Courtyard Mariott with Rooftop Views.
Attendees will also enjoy lunch (roof top terrace side access) and special make-and-take activities designed exclusively for the event.
On Sunday morning, we'll slow things down with a relaxed farewell gathering in the hotel lobby, have final photo opportunities, and time to connect before departing for home.
Whether you're attending solo or with planner friends, the Doll House Experience is designed to be welcoming, inspiring, and full of meaningful moments you'll remember long after the weekend ends.

Hosted in the Courtyard Marriott ballroom with access to stunning rooftop views, the day will feature themed activities, shopping opportunities, special make-and-take projects, and plenty of time to connect with fellow dolls. Attendees will also enjoy a catered lunch with rooftop terrace access, creating the perfect setting to relax, recharge, and take in the Dallas skyline before returning to the day's festivities.

Info: Sunday is all about slowing down and soaking in the final moments of the Doll House Experience. Enjoy a relaxed morning connecting with fellow attendees, taking photos, sharing memories, and saying your goodbyes before heading home. It's the perfect opportunity to celebrate new friendships, reflect on the weekend, and leave inspired long after the doors to the Doll House close. We will meet in the downstairs hotel lobby between 10 am and 11 am. 11 am is checkout!
