Verse4Verse is hosted by Poison Oak (she/her). Poison Oak is a Queens-based poet, drag queen, comedienne, and show host. A collection of her published work can be found at www.PoisonOak.NYC
For our August show, the theme is COMEDY. We will be featuring special guest, Brooke Finegold (she/her). Brooke Finegold is a multidisciplinary artist, poet, comedian, and community event host who explores the sparkly facets of queerness, family, love and the body in her projects and writing. She runs @lesbianhands, hosts the bi-weekly poetry salon Poetry is Gay @poetryisgaymagazine and performs stand up and poetry all over the New York City.
