Zveme na vernisáž výstavy Prometheus Marka Škubala.💫Přivítejte s námi výstavu Prometheus (Προμηθέας), která představí autorovu tvorbu za poslední tři roky. Drtivá většina děl bude vystavena poprvé, včetně rozsáhlého souboru akvarelových kreseb. Marek Škubal dlouhodobě nachází témata v minulosti, respektive jej zajímají nadčasové náměty. Také forma jeho soch odkazuje k dějinám umění, zejména k tvarosloví secese a art deca. Jeho práce tak mohou působit jako díla, která byla vytvořena před více než stoletím. Tato zdánlivá neaktuálnost, nezájem o současné trendy a módy, je jednou z hlavních charakteristik Škubalova uměleckého postoje.
Součástí vernisáže bude koncert kapely Budeč.

We invite you to the opening of the exhibition Prometheus by Marek Škubal.💫
Join us in welcoming the exhibition Prometheus (Προμηθέας), which will present the artist's work over the last three years. The vast majority of the works will be exhibited for the first time, including a large body of watercolour drawings. Marek Škubal has long found themes in the past, or rather, he is interested in timeless subjects. The form of his sculptures also refers to the history of art, especially to the morphology of Art Nouveau and Art Deco. Thus, his works can appear to have been created more than a century ago. This apparent non-contemporaneity, disinterest in contemporary trends and fashions, is one of the main characteristics of Škubal's artistic attitude.
The opening will include a concert by the band Budeč.
