Vernisáž: Burden of Gravity – From Waking to Space

CZ: Výstava zkoumá gravitaci nejen jako fyzikální sílu, ale také jako princip utvářející naše vztahy, orientaci a způsoby vnímání světa. Co nás přitahuje, co nás drží při zemi a co nám umožňuje se od daných struktur odpoutat?
Výstava otevírá prostor pro reflexi tělesných, afektivních i společenských forem tíže a představivosti levitace jako možnosti proměny zavedených perspektiv.
Je výstupem programu As We Grow, propojujícího etablované umělectvo se začínajícími umělci*kyněmi.

ENG: The exhibition explores gravity not only as a physical force, but also as a principle that shapes our relationships, our sense of direction, and the ways we perceive the world. What draws us in, what keeps us grounded, and what allows us to break free from established structures?
The exhibition opens up a space for reflection on bodily, affective, and social forms of gravity and the imagination as a possibility for transforming established perspectives.
It is the outcome of As We Grow, a program connecting established and emerging artists.
