Verbal Gerbil is a new spoken word cabaret at the wonderful Hagglers venue.
It's an evening celebration of words, lyrics, stories, poems and all things verbal accompanied by live improvised jazz from Footprints.
February's edition also features a headline performance from one of the best lyricists to ever come out of Derbyshire: Ichabod Wolf.

Hosted by poet and comedian Stan Skinny, this is a literary evening not to be missed.
