Veoci In-Person Training for State Agencies

The September schedule of veoci trainings will occur in Salem, but we are working on similar options around Oregon in the next couple months. We hope to have those dates and locations available to you in the next couple weeks so you can make decisions of location and dates that best fit your schedule and need.

ON-SITE TRAINING (END USERS)

This training and working session is focused on end users that are building plans within Veoci. This will include a presentation that focuses on Veoci basics, and a demonstration of building a plan. This will also be an opportunity to review plans in Veoci with application representatives.

Introduction to Veoci

• Features of Veoci
• Logging in, Managing Profile & Account Settings
• Navigating Veoci (Tours of Home Page, Navigation Menus, Help & Support)
• Explanation of Room Views

Introduction to the COOP Solution in Veoci

What is COOP & the Elements of a Viable Plan within Veoci

• People (Employees, Teams, etc.)
• Places (Facilities, Security Controls, etc.)
• Things (Essential Functions, Vital Records, etc.)
• Processes (Hazard Specific Planning, etc.)

Demonstration of the Solution

• How to navigate within your side room
• How to start your plan and tour of the main dashboard
• How to add information related to People and tour of that dashboard
• How to add information related to Places and tour of that dashboard
• How to add information related to Things and tour of that dashboard
• How to add information related to Processes and tour of that dashboard
• How to complete your plan
