VENUS - 4 Week Heels Video Series

VENUS is my upcoming 4-week beginner-friendly heels training series rooted in women’s empowerment and embodied self-trust. It's an invitation to reconnect with your body, practice taking up space, and supporting each other along the way. This series centers self-love with technical training so that you learn to move with confidence and build that power from within.

Over these 4 weeks, we’ll explore heels technique, empowering exercises and learn one strong piece of choreography. Each class will include my Signature Heels Drills Method, a foundational practice I use consistently with my students to build strength, control, and confidence in heels, and one that has shown my students real results. Each week builds on the last, guiding them toward deeper body awareness, refined movement quality, and a more loving relationship with themselves.

To close the series, we’ll create a powerful, professionally filmed group video, celebrating our feminine energy and hotness. Additionally, dancers will have the option to film professionally shot solo videos, a personal keepsake to honour their individual journey and growth.
