The JWBC Venture Leadership program is focused on the development of creative leadership skills in women business owners and female corporate employees of various sized ventures. This six-week program will teach participants the importance of how to motivate others as a leader, using their own personal drive and leadership traits, how to create a winning culture, strategies to drive customer development and more!
