This seminar is built to give attendees a clear, practical understanding of one of the most important — and often misunderstood — documents in the venture process. Valuation, liquidation preferences, pro-rata rights, anti-dilution provisions, board composition, and protective provisions can all have profound long-term consequences, and the details matter far more than most people realize.
