Vendors Wanted! Influence HeR Health & Wellness Expo 2027

Join us for an exciting opportunity to showcase your products and services at the HeR Health & Wellness Expo 2027. This in-person event will take place on July 17, 2027 at 9:00 AM (Eastern Time).

We are actively seeking vendors who are passionate about health and wellness to participate and influence this dynamic expo. Don’t miss your chance to connect with attendees and make a meaningful impact in the community.

Our mission is to empower over 100 women and young girls to achieve their potential by focusing on their health, environment, and readiness. We are currently accepting applications, and a limited number of early bird vendor spaces are available

Summer Vendor Fee: $105.49(including fees & the following)

Vendor Incentive Package:

- Food & Beverage: Continental breakfast and light fare lunch.

-Booth Station: one 6ft table and two chairs. (if only one chair is needed please specify)

- Financial Benefi​t: Vendors retain 100% of their proceeds and gain exposure to potential new consumers.

- Promotion: Business name listed on the event flyer and throughout the expo. Promotional items may also be included in guest bags (items must be provided by the vendor).

- Networking: Exclusive opportunities to build professional relationships.

- Presentation: Will receive a topic & presentation time slot.

Refund Policy:

Vendor fees are non-refundable. If the host cancels the event, a full refund will be automatically issued and vendors will receive information regarding any updates to the event. If a vendor need to cancel, vendor cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and sent to [email protected], if approved, a 50% refund will be processed within 30 business days prior to event.

Excluded from Vendor Package:

-We do not provide tables cloths, generators, electrical outlet access, cooling systems, or storage.

-We do not compensate for gas, hotel accommodations, mileage, tolls, parking, etc.

-Extra tables and chairs are not permitted as each vendor will receive (1) 6ft table and two chairs

Liability & Responsiblity:

Vendors and Guest will not hold Joanna Rollins, Destiny4Daughters Empowerment Coaching Group or its affiliates liable or responsible for the following but not limited too:

-To all vendors and guest, we are not responsible or liable for any damages to your personal selves, personal property, merchandise, missing items, etc.

-We are not liable or responsible for sales or the lack of sales

VENDORS ARE REGISTERING AT WILL AND WILL NOT HOLD DESTINY4DAUGHTERS EMPOWERMENT COACHING GROUP, THEIR OWNER OR ANY AFFILITATES RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, ISSUES, FOOD ALLERGIES, INCIDENTS, ACCIDENTS, OR ILLNESS, BEFORE, DURING, OR AFTER EVENT.

Etiquette & Conduct:

-We have the right to ask any vendor and/or guest to the leave the premesis due to any inappropriate behaviors that will bring harm to the host, venue, attendees, and other vendors.
