About this Event
Calling All Entreprenuers! Join us for our Her Winning Vision 2025! Vision Board Party. We are currently accepting vendors in the following fields, but this is not an exclusive list. If you believe you have a product and/or service that would be a good fit please don't hesitate to contact us. Please ask questions about this events to ensure that it is a good fit for your business. I am looking for vendors that are about empowerment and winning. Venue listed subject to change.
WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING ANY VENDORS WHOSE PRODUCTS CONTAINS HEMP, CBD, OR CANNABIS or ANY LIKE SUBSTANCES IN THEIR PRODUCTS. NO PRODUCTS OF SEXUAL NATURE (TOYS, ETC..)
The following vendor opportunities are available.
Women's Health/Wellness Vendor: (Vendors must specialize in different concentrations of women's health).
- Women's body health
- Body cleansing naturally
- How to keep your PH balance aligned
Jewelry Vendors:
- 1 Papparrazzi vendor Only
- 1 vendor that specialize in statement pieces
Beauty Vendors: Shea butter vendors may consist of duplicates depending on the product
- Skin Care: (organic, fragrance free shea butter/body butter)Perfume scented shea butter/body butter
- Skin care: Skin retoration, aging, natural skin care
- Make-up/Lip care vendors
- Mary Kaye and/or Avon (whichever one registers first)
Fashion/Handbags Vendors:
- T-shirt vendors (no explicit language or graphics)
- Luxury Handbags
APPLICATION PROCESS: YOU MUST SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST FIRST via email [email protected] following information: Name of Business Owner, Name of Business, Product type or Service provided, along with website and/or social media handle. *IF YOU REGISTER BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR INFORMATION YOUR PAYMENT WILL BE PLACED ON HOLD AND THE VENDOR WILL RECEIVE A COURTESY EMAIL REQUESTING THE REQUIRED INFORMATION ALONG WITH THE DUE DATE TO SECURE THEIR SPOT, IF REQUESTED INFORMATION IS NOT RECEIVED BY DUE DATE THE VENDOR FEE WILL BE REFUNDED DUE TO INCOMPLETE INFORMATION AND SPACE WILL BE FORFEITED. Once received, you will receive a reply email informing you that your request has been approved and that you can register for the event and you will return back to this page to register. Please note that if another vendor submits a request and they are for the same company, the registration is first come first serve, if the second vendor register they will receive notification. **Some vendors may carry similar products but serves a different purpose (ex. both vendors sells body butters and scrubs but one may be all natural and vegan while the other may be for therapeutic purposes then they both will be able to register). For this event no duplicate vendors 1 vendor per business type.

NON-REFUNDABLE VENDOR FEE PRICING: REFUNDS ARE ONLY GIVEN IF THE EVENT IS CANCELLED BY THE HOST. IF THE EVENT IS RESCHEDULED ALL VENDOR FEES WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY TRANSFERRED TO THE RESCHEDULED DATE. IF VENDOR CAN NOT ATTEND THE RESCHEDULED DATE THEIR VENDOR FEES WILL BE TRANSFERABLE TO A FUTURE EVENT DATE BUT WILL NOT BE REFUNDABLE.
NON-REFUNDABLE VENDOR FEE: $60.00 (includes 6ft table, 1 chair,refreshment & vendors keeps 100% of their proceeds) WE DO NOT PROVIDE TABLE CLOTHS, GENERATORS, COOLING SYSTEMS OR STORAGE. WE DO NOT COMPENSATE FOR GAS, MILEAGE, TOLLS, PARKING, ETC.. (ONCE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED VENDORS WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH ADDITIONAL STANDARD VENDOR POLICY INFORMATION)

* WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO ASK ANY VENDOR TO LEAVE THE PREMESIS DUE TO ANY INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIORS THAT WILL BRING HARM TO THE VENUE, ATTENDEES, AND OTHER VENDORS**
