Vendors wanted for Santa Breakfast and holiday Bazaar

We are now taking reservations for our annual 29th Annual Santa Breakfast & Holiday Bazaar to be held on Saturday, December 12, 2026 from 8am-2pm at Harry S Truman High School. This event is well attended. We expect several hundred people again this year.
Cost: $55.00 (non-refundable) and products or a gift certificate totaling $20 for our basket auction. Basket auction items must be dropped off to the booster office use door B12 at Truman on either November 9th, 16th , 18th, 23rd or 30th from 6:30-8:00pm. Donations MUST be received NO Later then November 30th.
We Provide: 6ft. table and 2 chairs. Electricity is available for an additional $5.00 per vendor. Wall spaces and electrical outlets are limited. These locations are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. ***You must supply your own extension cord. Load cannot exceed 110 volts, 15amps.***
● Full payment is required to hold your space.
● Spaces will be strictly sold on a “first come, first serve basis,” so don’t delay!
● Only one vendor for each commercial company will be allowed, (i.e. Avon, LuLaRoe, Mary Kay, Pampered Chef, Tupperware, etc.). However, we reserve the right to have multiple crafters selling similar items with the understanding that crafters have an individual style for their products.
● Vendor limitations: No weapons (even decor) are permitted to be sold on school property. All edible items may only be sold if they are packaged and intended to consume off property. No vendors should be cooking on school property. Remember this is a family friendly event, so be mindful of your appropriateness of your displays
