We are excited to invite vendors to participate in our event, showcasing their unique products & services to a diverse passionate audience. This is an incredible opportunity to engage with music enthusiasts, artists & fans from all walks of life.

Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure: We kindly ask that no information be posted anywhere, such as on social media accounts such as FB, IG, X or WhatsApp, etc., until HipHop Festival™ has made the announcement(s). The Vendor shall maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information obtained before or after the festival of the contract.

Here are the details:
Vendor fee $50
August 15, 2026, Begins 12:00 PM – 6PM Ends
Set up time starts at 11 AM - 12 PM
Morningside Park - 390 Morningside Avenue. Toronto, ON M1E 1B9
Picnic Area 4 & 5
You will be allowed to park directly on the park lawn for easier access to set up vendor spot, close to washrooms, kid’s park\splash pad
Vendor Fee Payment:
are processed through Eventbrite for $50 - includes taxes & administration fees
OR
Interac e-Transfer $50 (NO admin fees) to [email protected] & please use password: hiphop
Please note that Auto-Deposit is not enabled for this email address. When sending an Interac e-Transfer, please contact me after the transfer has been sent so I can accept the payment or I will not accept, Thank You.

🔷 refunds of the Vendor Fee ($50) will be available only 1 day prior to the event. Eventbrite admin\fees are not refundable and may take 5–7 business days for processing a refund.
Vendor Contract
This Vendor Contract is entered into as of August 15, 2026 between HipHop Festival™ and your Company\Vendor. Collectively referred to as the "Parties."
Description: The vendor agrees to provide the following products or services as per the specifications below:
Vendor space, set-up and size: vendors must provide all tables\chairs, tents\canopies (10X10 only or smaller), signage, branding, set-up equipment, payment options, etc., to ensure you can effectively display your products or services.
No steaks, rods, polls are allowed in the ground.
🔷 you may receive cash payment; as a suggestion have a till of $50 with a mix of coins & paper to provide change. HHF™ will not provide any change for the vendors.
Power Source: vendors are encouraged to bring their own power source (if needed), generators are allowed and must be placed at the back of the tent, which must be cordoned off. Examples 4 orange cones, bright caution tape & No steaks, rods, polls are allowed in the ground.
🔷 a generator will be available for use at no cost on the day of. Please note: as a vendor you must bring your own extension cord(s) and I encourage you to bring more than one extension cord to ensure connectivity. Only 3 prong extension cords are allowed to be used and HHF™ will not provide any extension cords. Please note, HHF™ can not guarantee use of the generator.
Quality Assurance Standards: The vendor agrees to perform the work in a professional competent manner, adhering to Company Standards & the company's requirements. The Company may inspect the Products/Services upon completion & reserves the right to reject any work that does not meet the agreed-upon standards.
Weather Clause: The event is outdoors, the Company has the right to alter, postpone, or cancel it in the event of bad weather that endangers people's safety or seriously impairs the event's capacity to proceed. In the event that such weather-related changes, rescheduling, or cancellation occur, the vendor will not be responsible for any losses.
This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements, whether written or verbal, relating to the subject matter hereof. Amendments to this contract must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
