Vendor Pricing

• Inside Vendor Table: $50
• Two Inside Tables: $75 total (save $25)
• Food Trucks: $100 per truck (first come, first served)

💡 Priority Placement

Vendors who register and pay before October 1st receive priority placement.

✅ What’s Included

• Designated vendor space
• Tables will be provided
• Vendors must bring their own chairs (and tents/weights if needed for outdoor spaces)
• Promotion of the festival event on 102.5 FM and social media
• Friendly environment with strong community traffic

⚠️ Requirements

• Merchandise/services must be family-appropriate
• Vendors selling food that is not pre-packaged must hold their own food permit
• Vendors are responsible for cleaning their space before leaving
• If you bring your own table, it still counts toward the number of tables purchased (due to space allocation)

🕒 Schedule

• Setup/Load-In: 10AM – 10:45 AM
• • Vendors: load in through the lower entrance
  • Food trucks & outside vendors: park/load in the upper parking lot
• Event Hours: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Cleanup: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM (all vendors must be packed up by 7 PM)
