Application deadline for vendor applications July 18th.1. Signed agreement emailed to [email protected]
2. Proof of $1,000,000 liability insurance coverage emailed to [email protected]
3. Full payment emailed to our Lennox Agricultural Society email [email protected] and our secretary/president Carol will confirm the receipt.
Vendors are asked to please review the terms and conditions in our concessionaire agreement. By filling out and submitting the application you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Please reach out to our Vendor Village Volunteer Coordinator for 2024 = Andrea Miller by email at [email protected] for terms and conditions and the contract paperwork. Andrea is a volunteer who continues to do her best to respond in a timely manner to registrations. We ask that you review the posts here as all details are available within this event post which will save time in correspondence.
Vendor Village Coordinator, Andrea, will be creating our site assignments mid July taking into consideration your requests and suggestions. Once completely registered you will get an orientation package from her mid July to help you prep for Fair Weekend.
Vendors must observe the restrictions levied by the Midway Vendor ensuring that they have exclusive rights to sell:
Candied Apples
Caramel Apples
Popcorn
Caramel Corn
Cotton Candy
Please note that all Food Truck vendor spots are limited to a maximum of 5 annually by our Midway Vendor and fill up on a first to fully register basis. All 5 spots are completely filled for the 2024 Napanee Fair. Congratulations to our successful five Food Truck Vendors for 2024:

*A Food Truck is defined here as one that serves breakfast, lunch, supper foods (fries, hamburgers, hotdogs, nachos, pogos... excreta...)
**Thank you to all of the other Food Trucks who showed interest but didn't make the first five to register. We absolutely wish our Midway contract allowed for more than the five dictated so we could have you all.
