Join a high-energy, two-day festival featuring a massive 8:00 PM water lantern release, giant kite flying, live DJs, cultural performances, immersive photo zones, and thousands of attendees gathering for an unforgettable experience.

This is a free admission event, which helps attract larger crowds and stronger foot traffic for vendors throughout the day and evening. Lantern participation is optional for guests.

This event blends a night market atmosphere with a glowing lantern ceremony, creating strong sales opportunities from afternoon through evening peak hours.

Spots are limited and expected to sell out.

⚠️All vendors must carry General Liability insurance, which also includes merchants, artisans, info booths, and cottage food.

*You may only sell food OR drinks, not both from a single booth or food truck.*

➡️ To sell both, you must purchase two separate booths.

❌ Restricted Items: Alcohol, water, soda, and sugarcane juice

🍴Menu pricing must be visible to patrons.

❗This is for registration only. Not an automatic approval. An invoice will be issued upon acceptance. If you do not receive an invoice, your registration has not been approved. Please ensure that invoices are paid by the due date; otherwise, you will be moved to the waitlist.
