VENDOR TABLE REGISTRATION - Mental Health and Substance Abuse Resource Fair

Purpose: To promote awareness of services available to professionals in our community. To connect professionals to resources that could be helpful for the clients they serve.

Tables/Booths/Vendors: Approximately 30 businesses and organizations in our area, including health providers and non-profits sharing information with counselors regarding their programs and services.

Participants: Providers of social work, counseling, discharge planning, case management and nursing. INVITE WILL BE A SEPARATE LINK.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST IN SETTING UP A TABLE TO PROVIDE RESOURCES TO THE PROFESSIONALS IN OUR COMMUNITY. PARTICIPATION IS FREE OF CHARGE. WE WILL PROVIDE ALL BUSINESSES WITH A 6 FOOT TABLE AND 2 CHAIRS. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN TABLE CLOTH AND HANDOUTS. PLEASE SET UP BETWEEN 11AM AND 12:30PM. PLEASE BE COMPLETELY SET UP BY 12:30PM.
