- All vendor fees are non-refundable once accepted and paid.
- No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued due to weather, artist or schedule changes, reduced attendance, vendor sales performance, or any circumstances beyond the organizer's control unless the event is canceled by the organizer.

Join WAT3R FEST as we bring Florida's premier Asian-inspired EDM water festival to Houston, Texas!
Following a successful inaugural event in Florida that welcomed over 4,000 attendees, WAT3R FEST is expanding nationwide. Our first festival featured international DJs, immersive stage production, giant water attractions, food vendors, cultural experiences, anime activations, and thousands of attendees united through music and culture.

Friday: 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Saturday: 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Vendor Layout
All vendor booths will be located inside the event building, creating a comfortable indoor shopping and dining experience for attendees.
Food vendors requiring cooking must use the designated outdoor cooking area located behind the building. Prepared food may then be brought inside for service.
No propane tanks, fryers, charcoal grills, or open-flame cooking equipment will be permitted inside the building.
Vendor Requirements
Food vendors must:
- Hold all required Texas permits and licenses.
- Maintain general liability insurance.
- Comply with all local health department regulations.
- Provide required fire safety equipment when cooking.
Retail vendors must:
- Sell approved merchandise only.
- Keep booths open during festival operating hours.
- Maintain a clean and professional booth.
Application Process
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Applications are reviewed based on product quality, vendor category balance, festival compatibility, and space availability.
