Join Good Treasures Small Business Expo, a vendor event! Showcase your products, food truck, and services at Calder Plaza in Downtown Grand Rapids, MI, on Saturday, June 28, 2025, from 12:30 noon to 7:00 p.m. You have good treasure, and the treasure hunters want to buy it!

Event Details

Date: Saturday, June 28, 2025

Location: Calder Plaza 320 Ottawa Ave NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49503

Hours: 12:30 noon to 7:00 p.m

Parking:

Street parking: Any space available on the street. (street parking on weekends is FREE in the City of Grand Rapids)

Pay Parking Garages:

Government Center Ramp — 0.01 miles from the venue.

Fifth Third Ellis Lot, Ottawa Ave. — 0.02 Miles from the venue.

Do's:

-It is suggested that you bring a wagon to import and export your materials. There is no way for cars to drive onto the Calder Plaza event grounds. You will have to make trips back and forth from your vehicle.

-Must bring a 10x10 tent.

-Tents must have weights holding the tent down! Calder Plaza has cement grounds, and no pegs for grass can be used.

-Please bring a trash bag for your 10x10 area.

-Please pick up any messes within your 10x10 area and the ones you have made outside of your area including broken products (jam jars etc).

-Please take your trash bags with you off the premises or in a trash bin receptacle, once the event has ended.

No's

-Food Trucks cannot have a generator over 9,000 watts and must have up-to-date licensing for your food truck.

-Products of: alcohol, tobacco, CBD products, adult toys, sex services, psychic/medium services, witchcraft/satanism artifacts, or weapons, Cannot be advertised or sold at Good Treasure Small Business Expo events.

-No loud music coming from your area.

Cancelation Policy

You have until April 7, 2025, 11:59 p.m. to cancel and be refunded. A 3% refund processing fee will be subtracted from the total amount paid. Vendors who made their purchase on or after April 7, 2025, will not be issued a refund.

Day of Event

Vendor Support: Our team will be available throughout the day to assist with questions or emergencies.

Equipment: You have either purchased your 1 table and 2 chairs combo or you are bringing your own table and chairs.

You will have a 10x10 space to work within.

There is No electricity available.
