VENDOR REGISTRATION5th Annual Westerville Winterfest12/15/24
This winter festival is a great way to connect with local families during the season. Fun event that helps families connect with area businesses, classes, education, care & programs for adults/kids, items for their home, holiday shopping or simply connecting with parents / moms. It will attract families and community from Westerville, New Albany, Polaris, Worthington, Worthington, and surrounding area. Great way to find new customers with 3,500-4,000+ attendees. It will be fun!
- When: Sunday, December 15th from (11:30AM - 3:00PM)
- Where: Otterbein Clement Center (180 Center St, Westerville, OH 43081)
- Who Attends: : Families from Westerville, New Albany, Polaris, Worthington, Worthington, and surrounding area
- How it works: Indoor event! Families pre-register to attend the event and it's various fun activities. Admission is free.
- Expected Attendance: 3,500-4,000+

- Why families attend the event: This family event connects parents with classes (kids or adults), education, care, & programs, local community resources, health & wellness, items for their house, holiday shopping, or simply things that you need when you are an adult (insurance, buying a home, or just other adult stuff).
- Fun items: Fun holiday event that includes special visit with Santa Claus, bounce park, holiday hayrides, indoor skating rink (no ice!), gyroscope ride, huge carnival game area, carnival food, candy cane game, ornament making, holiday coloring contest, magician, balloon artist, face painter, mini golf, laser tag, fun prize wheel, duck matching games (win different holiday items!), free popcorn, cotton candy, and cookies and more!
