Orange County's Bridal Show and Venue Tour

We are so happy that you are interested in becoming an expo vendor! Spend a day meeting interested brides in Orange County. Share your services and help them plan the wedding of their dreams!

We value each and every business we work with and are here to guide you through this process. Please follow the these steps to become an approved vendor for the 2021 Orange County's Bridal Show!

1. Enter your business information and submit vendor application through Eventbrite
2. Complete payment requirements through Eventbrite application
3. After registration and payment is received, vendor contract will be sent via email.
4. Once your signed contract and proof of insurance is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email, solidifying your participation in the Bridal Show.

Single Booth:

• Early Registration $100 (until Nov1st)
• Regular Registration $200 (from Nov 2 - Dec 31st)
• Late Registration $300 ( From Jan 1 - Feb 5)

Registration Includes:

• 8' x 8' space
• 6 FT Table (tablecloth not included)
• 2 Chairs
• Signage
• Full contact list of all registered attendees
  

Event Timeline:

• Set-Up: 8 AM
• Event Time: 10 AM - 2 PM
• Vendor Setup: Begins at 8:00 AM. Vendor set up completed by 10:00 AM is required
• Vendor Breakdown: Begins at 2:00 PM (please, no early breakdowns)
  

Parking & Map

• Parking is allowed on premises. There will be a designated area for vendor parking.
• Street parking is preferred.
• Detailed map and booth location will be provided as the date approaches

**General Liability Insurance with additional insured listed as Unity of Tustin is required prior to arrival of the event**

Deadline to register and submit contract is Saturday, February 5th
