Vendor Registration - JBF Katy, TX - Spring 2023

Just Between Friends is the Largest children’s and maternity consignment event! With an anticipated 100+ consignors and over 800+ shoppers for our Spring 2021 event, it is truly an event you have to see to believe!

Vendor tables or mom coupon packs give you the opportunity to put your service or product in front of our specific target group of parents, families and expectant mothers. There are a limited number of vendor spaces from Wednesday through Saturday. All spaces will be placed at the event allowing direct access to shoppers. Location is based on when your payment is received, first-come, first served.

VENDOR BOOTH ($150)

The vendor booth allows you to get your business and/or items in front of hundreds of shoppers over the 4 day sale. You can come and go as you choose on your selected days. However, we are not responsible for items

left unattended. Booths include 1x 6ft table and 2 chairs. You will also get a shout out on our business instagram and facebook page and you have the opportunity to include your business item in the "mom pack" outlined below.

Booth Dates & Times:

5/10 - Wednesday | 1:30pm - 8:00pm (Pre-Sale)

5/11 - Thursday | 10:00am - 8:00pm (Public Sale)

5/12 - Friday |10:00am - 8:00pm (Public Sale)

5/13 - Saturday | 8:00am - 3:00pm (50% Off Public Sale)

SPONSOR A WAGON ($75)

Your business and QR code will be put on one of our shopping wagons that are used by our shoppers. The carts are always in high demand and are out on the floor for all shoppers to see. You will also get a shout out on our business instagram and facebook page and you have the opportunity to include your business item in the "mom pack" outlined below.

MOM'S COUPON PACK ($50)

Provide us with 200 items (coupon, flyer, small promotional product smaller than 4x6) to be placed in our coupon bags to be given to our first 200 shoppers on Thursday the first Public Day! They will be looking in these bags, because a select few will have free JBF Bucks in them too! Items must be dropped off at the venue on Tuesday 5/9/2023.

FAQs

Do I need to be there the whole time? No, you are free to set your own booth hours within the event. The busiest times will be Thursday morning, and Saturday morning.

Is my registration refundable or transferable? No, there are no refunds on vendor registrations and they are not transferable.
