VENDOR REGISTRATION for Swedish Holiday Market  December 7, 2024

• EVERY VENDOR must e-mail product information to [email protected] PRIOR TO REGISTRATION for review. Vendors who do not notify the Holiday Market committee about what they wish to display and sell will not be considered a vendor

• Set Up will take the morning of the event 7.00AM-9.30AM. If set up becomes available during Friday, we will notify vendors

• All Vendors must be set up by no later than 9.30AM the day of the event

• Vendors may not break down prior 5PM on the day of the event

• Vendors will receive detailed arrival, set-up, break down instructions via email the week prior to the event

• Electric hook-up Vendor must in advance inquire about electric hook up and it will be provided on “first come basis"

• Vendors may register by mailing a check payment for their tables. If you are mailing a check, please contact us so we can share an accurate mailing address. However, please note, we do not "hold" vendor spots. Vendors are secured on "first come" basis and only once payment has been received and posted. Fastest way to confirm your table registration is via Eventbrite

REFUND POLICY - Once your product has been approved by the Holiday Market committee, and vendor registration is complete, registration is final. Once registration is final there is no refund of vendor registration fee

Individual SWEA members (from any SWEA Chapter) who wish to participate as a vendor may register as "SWEA Member Vendor" for one (1) table. SWEA members should also inform Holiday Market committee on product(s) they wish to sell at the Holiday Market. Note, SWEA memberships are individual/personal memberships and can not be used to purchase regular tables for organizations.

SWEA MEMBER Each (6') Table $250 (+sales tax/no additional fee)

REGULAR VENDOR Each (6') Table $300 (+sales tax/no additional fee)

With every purchased vendor table comes two(2) chairs and one (red) table skirt, vendor must provide their own tabletop covering.

Each vendor table includes two (2) FIKA tickets (coffee/tea and a small treat) Additional FIKA tickets can be bought at the concession.

Remember, you must e-mail product information prior completing vendor registration.

The Holiday Market will be followed by the Swedish Santa Lucia Procession beginning at 5.30PM.

The event is hosted by SWEA WASHINGTON DC, in collaboration with Embassy of Sweden, Washington DC.
