VENDOR REGISTRATION: 5th Annual Garry Holland Community Health Fair

The Indianapolis Recorder Charities Lead Poisoning Prevention Program invites your organization, business, or food truck to participate as an official vendor at the 5th Annual Garry Holland Community Health Fair.

This premier neighborhood event continues the vital work of our late Program Director, Garry Holland, by bringing essential health resources, lead poisoning prevention education, and family-focused fun directly to the community.

By securing a vendor space, you will have direct access to hundreds of local families, expecting mothers, and community members looking for health services, local businesses, and community resources.

• Vendor Fee: $30.00 per space.
• Who Should Apply: Health & wellness providers, community resources, local businesses, artisans, and food vendors/trucks.
• What is Provided: A designated area inside the family center or at the park.
• What to Bring: Vendors must supply their own tables, chairs, tents/canopies, and any necessary promotional or setup materials.

Please note: Vendor spaces are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration fees are non-refundable and directly support the event's community outreach efforts.

As a vendor, your booth will be integrated into a highly promoted, high-traffic community celebration featuring:

• Free Health Screenings: On-site lead poisoning testing, vision exams, blood pressure checks, and mental health screenings.
• Family Entertainment: A bounce house, music, an inflatable movie screen, and activities.
• Community Giveaways: Free back-to-school supplies, raffles, and prizes.
• Food & Treats: A community BBQ.

• Vendor Setup Time: 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM (All vendors must be completely set up by 10:45 AM)
