VENDOR EXPO REGISTRATION FOR IBPOEW GRAND LODGE INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION

GREETING VENDORS:

The Improved Benevolent Protective Order of Elks of the World (“Elks”) is pleased to invite you to our Grand Lodge National Convention to be held August 6th – 12th, 2022 at Downtown Mobile Alabama Historic District. The vendor area is FREE to the general public with an anticipated nearly 5000 attendees.

This event is for individuals and all entrepreneurs, who own a business and want to network. As an exhibitor/vendor, we would like your company to set up a table, offer demonstrations, and provide informational material, including educational/informational flyers/brochures.

To be permitted to sell the Goods at the Event, Vendor shall pay Elks the following fee:$500.00 per 10x10 space (1 table included) $25.00 for each additional table
