Vendor Deposit – St. Jude Valentine’s Market

I appreciate your interest. The market will take place in New Jersey, with our current venue being the North Caldwell Firemen’s Community Center, NJ. We plan for February 8th (Sunday). We are expecting over 250 attendees throughout the event, creating a great opportunity for vendors to showcase and sell their products.

To participate as a vendor, there will be a $100 non-refundable deposit, along with a pledge of at least 5% of total sales donated to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Tickets will be sold both in advance and at the door.

Tables will be provided for all vendors. Vendors will have one hour before the event to set up and will be responsible for bringing and arranging their own decorations. Each vendor will also be provided with a promotional flyer to help market the event. All vendors are required to actively help promote and market the event to ensure a successful turnout.
