We host pop-up vendors inside or outside our storefront, offering direct engagement with strong foot traffic in one of Toronto’s most vibrant neighborhoods on Queen Street West.

7 days a week (more foot traffic on Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
12:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Indoor Vendor Fees:
Includes one 4 ft. table and one chair.
- Friday - Sunday: $125 + HST/ Day
Outdoor Vendor Fees:
Includes one 4 ft. table and one chair, or bring your own 5 ft. table.
Vendors are responsible for their own comfort and safety and should dress according to weather conditions.

Rainbow Collective is a curated pop-up market in downtown Toronto, celebrating the work of local artists, makers, and creatives. We invite passionate vendors to showcase their unique creations in our charming boutique space.
If you are interested in participating, please complete the pop-up application form below. Once your submission has been reviewed, we will follow up with confirmation and payment details. Please note only selected vendors will be contacted.
To secure your spot, payment must be completed within 24 hours of confirmation. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the space will be offered to the next vendor on our waitlist.

Fully Furnished: We provide a 4ft table and chair - all you need are your products, displays, packagings, and POS.

Important Notes: No Food Vendors. Jewelry vendors are accepted on a limited basis and must work with approved materials only (e.g. sterling silver, crystal, beads, resin, acrylic, 3d print or clay.)
- One artist per table.
- Sharing with other artists is not permitted.
- Up to two people are allowed at each table: one artist + one assistant.
- No cancellations allowed.
- Rescheduling must be done at least 2 weeks prior to the pop-up date.
- We will be open rain or shine.
- We will help outdoor vendors move in if there is extreme weather.
- We are unable to refund any fees due to no-shows.
- Customers are welcome to bring their kids and pets during their visit. However, to ensure a smooth and professional event, we kindly ask artists and vendors not to bring children or pets.
Set Up: 12:00 PM - 12:30 PM
Take Down: 7:30 PM - 8:00 PM
Paid Parking: 1033 Queen St West
The parking facility is a short walk from the store. Before parking, consider dropping off your products at the store. Use access code 09764 to re-enter the parking building.
