Hello my amazing vendors!It's that time again! Here is the vendor call for the 3rd Annual Holiday Boutique 2021!!! This event will be different then all the other events in the past. The event will be at a different location and for two days!!! This event will be the biggest one yet and I want you to be a part of it! Here are the details:
EVENT DATE: October 16 & 17 2021
EVENT TIMES: Saturday 9am-5pm | Sunday: 9am-5pm
SETUP TIMES: Saturday 7:30-8:55am | Sunday: 7:30-8:55am
TEAR DOWN TIME: Saturday 5pm-6pm | Sunday: 5pm-6pm
EVENT OPTIONS: Single Day Saturday | Single Day Sunday | Two Day
EVENT LOCATION: The corner of Bear Valley Rd & Fish Hatchery Rd. on the Victor Valley College campus.
VENDOR BOOTH FEES:
SINGLE DAY: $55 non refundable fee
TWO DAY: $100 non refundable fee
FOOD VENDOR SINGLE DAY: $55 non refundable fee
FOOD VENDOR TWO DAY: $110 non refundable fee
There are a limited amount of single day vendor booths available so please fill out the form and payment ASAP.
** Because I moved this event to a new location with prime visibility to heavy street traffic our booth fees had to be adjusted to sustain the land rental needed for this event. **
VENDOR AGREEMENT/PAYMENT:
I am now using jotform.com and created a very simple way for you to sign the vendor agreement and send payment to reserve your vendor space(s). Here is the link for the 3rd Annual Holiday Boutique Vendor Agreement:

This form is password protected so please contact the event coordinator for booth availability.
With this new process of collecting agreements and fees it will not allow you to submit your agreement without payment. You must submit your payment via paypal/credit card for this agreement. I will no longer accept checks or cash for vendor payments. This will better help me in keeping track of payments alongside agreements. Thank you for your understanding.
VENDOR BOOTH LOCATION:
On the agreement it has a section where you can choose your booth location for the event. Please be advised that your booth location is not guaranteed. If you choose a booth location that has yet to be claimed, you will have that booth spot. If that spot has already been claimed I will move your space to the left or right of your selected space.
NEW REQUIREMENTS FOR VENDORS:
Because I moved the event to the Victor Valley College property they require more documents to be vendors on their property. So you will need to upload a copy of the following documents to your jotform agreement:
1. Business license/sellers permit (DS companies please submit proof of your membership) (All vendors)
2. Food handlers (food vendors only)
3. Health Permits (food vendors only)
4. Proof of $1 Million liability insurance policy (single/two day, regular monthly policy or company policy is required) (All Vendors)
If you have any questions regarding any of the required forms listed above please send me an email or give me a call and we can address them in a timely manner.
Please send any questions prior to submitting your form. This will keep me from contacting you for errors regarding your documents.
If you are traveling to the area I will be sending everyone an email listing a few hotels that you can contact for a room on Friday and/or Saturday night.
I hope you are as excited as I am for this event. This event will be right off Bear Valley Rd. so anyone who is traveling on Bear Valley will see the event!!! I anticipate a huge response to this event!!! As always I will send out multiple emails regarding the event to keep everyone updated with weather, advertising, and so much more.
DEADLINE TO SUBMIT YOUR AGREEMENTS, DOCUMENTS AND FEES IS SEPTEMBER 30TH.
