You are invited to be part of a curated experience.

WIL Arts & Entertainment Group presents Intimate Settings: An Artist Spotlight—an elevated live performance event designed to highlight exceptional artistry, culture, and community in an intimate, high-energy atmosphere.

We are offering only 5 exclusive vendor opportunities for this experience.

This is not a traditional vendor market. Each vendor is intentionally selected to align with the aesthetic and energy of the event. To maintain a premium experience, no duplicate businesses or product categories will be accepted.

Vendor Details:
• Investment: $125 (table included) 6 foot table
• Limited to 5 curated vendors
• Direct access to a high-quality, engaged audience
• Opportunity to sell, network, and build brand visibility

All vendors are required to post on their social media pages and other advertising platforms at least 1-2x a day using Intimate Settings flyer for event.

Vendor Sponsorship Packages are an investment of $165.00. Vendors who take advantage of the Vendor Sponsorship Package will receive:

* Sponsorship space with your logo advertised on our flyer

* 1 Professional photo from our photographer for your business marketing

* 20% Discount on your next vendor space at our next event if your selected

* Memorabilia from JPIIZM & CO.; our star performer guest

All Vendors are required to add a sample of your product, a discount coupon, and a business card or contact information to our VIP customers swag bag,

All vendors must be broke down and out of the building by 10:00p on the night of the event.

Vendor Setup Time: 5:00 PM

Approved vendors will receive confirmation along with payment instructions.
