Velvet Hour is an intimate burlesque evening built around one performer — the acclaimed Eva Mystique — moving through a candlelit room, close enough to feel the performance rather than simply watch it. Known to leave audiences spellbound, she oozes sensuality with every gesture and beckons with a single glance.

This is burlesque at its most elegant: slow, sensual, beautifully choreographed. No stage separating you from the art. No filler. Ninety unhurried minutes of dance, tease, seduction, and atmosphere, set in the dark velvet charm of Eighteenth Street Lounge.

About Eva Mystique

Eva Mystique is a nationally touring burlesque artist based in Washington, DC, known for a sultry, dance-driven style that fuses classic belly dance, tease, and fluid floor work. A member of DC's own Chocolate City Burlesque and co-founder of the performance trio Serafemme, she has graced stages across the country — from Las Vegas and New York to New Orleans and Atlanta — leaving audiences mesmerized. Her performances prize musicality and flexibility over spectacle: slow, deliberate, and devastatingly elegant.
